Outline

This unit is responsible for the following:

• Reception and management of Facultad de Informática infrastructure-related incidents
• Supervision of the general maintenance of the Facultad de Informática's facilities
• Supervision and maintenance of Facultad de Informática building, repair and maintenance works
• Reception of requests and needs for workspace
• Reception and management of incidents related to health and safety at work
• Drafting of reports
