Travel exchanges
The procedure for applying for a travel exchange is as follows:
- Fill in the form for the type of travel exchange you are interested in:
- Submit the duly completed form and the required supporting documents to either the Registry at the Facultad de Informática or the UPM Adminstration's Travel Exchanges Registry for registration.
- After registration, the Registry shall forward the form to the Associate Dean for Student Affairs for approval. After approval, the Office of the Associate Dean for Student Affairs shall officially dispatch the form to the UPM Administration (although students are entitled to submit the application directly to the UPM Administration's Travel Exchanges Registry).
- If the travel exchange application is accepted, students will receive a letter instructing them to submit the documents in proof of the exchange to the UPM Administration's Travel Exchanges Section.
Students shall have to contact the UPM Administration's Travel Exchanges Section regarding all further formalities (notification of whether or not the travel exchange has been approved and submission of the travel documents) after the the Facultad de Informática has dispatched the documents.
