Your challenge

As a Tender Management Support Specialist you’ll be responsible for providing high quality proposals on time ensuring each is competitive and compliant and meets the company targets for growth and profitability.

What you’ll do

• Analyze and summarize the documentation received. (Administrative and Technical docs.) for a go/no go decision
• Data extraction from papers to prepare inputs for other players.
• Coordinate and prioritize the work between the departments involved in process.
• Gather the necessary information for the proposal from different actors.
• Submit the proposal on time to our Sales Force according to the Tender.

Your qualifications

• Master degree in ADE, Engineering or similar
• High level of English required. Portuguese desirable.
• High ability to work under pressure.
• Very target-oriented.
• Highly organized and highly analytical.
