The Career Guidance Centre of the Faculty of Informatics (COLFI) aims to provide a quality service, active and dynamic, to provide students and graduates insertion into the labor market, thus meeting the needs of both of these, as the area businesses.
The main activities of COLFI are aimed at incorporating students and graduates to work, bringing to companies and institutions to a large number of professionals from highly qualified, Faculty of Informatics UPM (both students and graduates of undergraduate and Masters and PhD).
Among the activities aimed at integration into the labor market of university graduates, the COLFI performs both management actions and dissemination of job offers presentations of existing current needs in the labor market by leading companies in the area .
The COLFI also paves the way for those students who meet certain requirements, and wish to complement their training through a first contact with the world of work. In some cases, students can also validate these traineeships for elective credits and realize their career end projects during their stay in the company.
